Gifu’s signature ramen. Balanced pork and chicken broth with binchotan pork chashu, spinach and half egg.
Spicy Tan Tan Men
A creamy chicken broth with sesame paste. Topped with ground chicken, chicken chashu, bok choy, half egg and chili oil.
Shoyu Tori Chintan
A 20-hour Kemper Landhoen light and clear chicken broth. Topped with chicken chashu, spinach, roasted leek and a touch of yuzu.
Wagyu Ramen
Our modern take on ramen. Binchotan grilled A5 wagyu layered over our 20-hour Shoyu Tori Chintan broth, with spinach and a touch of yuzu.
Vegetable (v)
Creamy broth based on shiitake, konbu, vegetarian dashi and soy cream. Topped with baby corn, binchotan grilled portobello mushroom and burdock.

We serve a chef-driven menu, which is a curated selection that may change without notice. We’re not able to accommodate custom orders.
Our kitchen uses gluten in many of our dishes, and we do not offer gluten-free meals. We do not operate a halal-certified kitchen, and our dishes may include non-halal ingredients.

As much as we adore animals, we are unable to accommodate dogs or other pets in the restaurant. We don’t have highchairs or baby seats available.
